Sam’s Construction & Renovation, LLC was established in 2001 by Mr. Samer Awad who migrated to the United States at the age of 12 years old. Mr. Awad’s family was in the construction industry for many years prior to arriving to the United States. During the years of Middle School, High School, and even through College & post college studies, Mr. Awad had the passion for the industry, which motivated him to start his own company at the age of 19 years old and commit to delivering personalized attention to every single project that he takes on. “What drives this company is the passion our forefathers had for the industry after being associated to it for more than four decades, even before coming to U.S.”, Mr. Awad says. As a company, we plan to make our mark in the industry as Commercial & Residential General Contractors in New Jersey & New York that one can trust for any type of construction.
