"I contacted Sam at the end of March 2020 in a nasty situation facing the covid 19 shut down and an incomplete and unusable kitchen. Sam took on our project and even improved on the overall kitchen design itself. He treated us with such kindness and professionalism during a very uncertain time when our old contractor abandoned us. He was in constant contact with us, giving us updates on progress and finished the entire job earlier than expected. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that exceeded our expectations. He saw our vision for a top-to-bottom gut renovation, guided us in design and planning, and then executed at the highest level. "Sam's Construction & Renovation, LLC is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. The results of the work will leave you feeling accomplished and convinced that you picked the right team for the job. In order to reduce the job costs, the demolition portion of our project we tackled with our families support. However, Sam did provide emails with picture guidance so it always felt that we worked collaboratively. 3D rendering images were provided with our initial consultation this was very helpful. In addition, photo updates were provided by Sam throughout the whole process of the project which filled us with so much joy. Sam, the owner, was always available via email, phone, and text. When he said he would call, he would. When he said he needed to reschedule, he would keep his word and make sure the task was completed. Many times the one-on-one attention made us say, "Wow, we feel like we are his favorite clients!" Having a contractor share with you these words is a good sign, "if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life." His vendors and team were very loyal and worked cohesively. They did clean up after their messes too. We had a large kitchen and home remodeling project. The entire house received electrical LED lights installation on 2nd floor. Hardwood floors were stained down to the 1st floor. New hardwood floors were installed in the entire kitchen. The kitchen weight-bearing wall was removed and a 22ft support beam was installed and a 5ft kitchen island was created. The kitchen Fabuwood cabinets were installed with gorgeous granite countertops and marble backsplash tile. The modern appliances were installed with modern electrical work up to standards which the outdated 1957s house needed. All light fixtures were installed and mounted. Overall, the scope of work was extensive but Sam's Construction & Renovation LLC pulled it off!"

"Sam and his team did an amazing job renovating our basement and basement bathroom! Prior to the work, he recommended someone for HVAC to come in first since we weren't sure the best order to proceed with our projects. His recommended HVAC person was phenomenal as well, and when the work was finished Sam came in to start the basement work. He did a great job scaling the work to our budget and allowing us to complete stuff that we felt comfortable with (like painting.) He didn't just have us pick things out to do, he provided great feedback and guidance on design on what would have the best end result. When we uncovered some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before work could continue, he was able to bring someone in to fix them at a very reasonable cost. When we had some suggested changes after the project had begun, he worked with us to accommodate our requests and charged fairly to do so. Everyone on his team that came to do work was punctual and professional. We had a great experience and will be hopefully using Sam to complete our future projects as well, as we cannot recommend him enough. He was honest, direct, trustworthy and communicated great with us."
